Key Lime Pie

DH's family came over for dinner today. I made a pot roast in the crock-pot and Key Lime Pie for dessert. I made this pie once before for my parents and I converted DH to Key Lime Pie.

It's super yummy and super easy!

Key Lime Pie
1/2 cup Key Lime juice (Wal-mart doesn't carry it, I found mine at Smiths)
3 egg yolks
1-14oz can sweetened condensed milk
Prepared graham cracker pie crust

Mix all ingredients together and pour into pie crust. Cake at 350 for 15 minutes or until you can leave a fingerprint in the pie when pressing on it lightly. Refrigerate f or 8 hours. Garnish with Cool Whip and enjoy!
